A podcast recorded for Borough Market, discussing with Kim Lightbody our photographer, Dave Brown our designer, and Liz Gough our publisher about the making of Borough Market: The Knowledge (my second book).

We recorded this back in autumn 2022, a few days before the book came out. It is, I think, an interesting insight into how the different disciplines that go into making a cookbook come together. And I think we all learnt something we didn’t know before about the journey each other had been on making this book!
