The cookbook I'm makingi my way through at the moment is That Sounds so Good by Carla Lalli Music (ex-Bon Appetiter). Lots of great weeknight dinners recipes!
I can't remember who mentioned the Bold Bean cookbook but I do recall they said how much they were enjoying it for everyday cooking. Good tip re That Sounds So Good!
